The appearance of concrete mixer is not only about perfect appearance, but the appearance need reach a certain index and have certain request of quality, the requirements are as follows:
1. The appearance of concrete mixer size must conform to the highways, railways and other relevant provisions of the transportation, the body is stable, the main parts can’t be loose;
2. Appearance in the paint of concrete mixer should be uniform, level off, the same color and luster, cannot have wrinkled skin, peeling, bubble phenomenon;
3. The weld appearance also need to be beautiful, cannot have leakage welding, crack, and the defects; the same of the width of the lozenge should agree, welding to remove noise clean;
4. The concrete mixer shell cannot have more than 15 mm diameter of hammer mark, edge cannot have obvious buckling and installment needs to be firm, to install the correct position;
5. The parts outside the surface of concrete mixer must have good rust prevention work, other parts need to keep clean;
6. Products produced by concrete mixer shall be flat, the handwriting should be removed and installation should be strong and regular, there can be no scratches and lacquer-off phenomenon.
