Columbia, SC, February 11, 2014 – South Carolina’s premiere leadership training company, Sharper Development Solutions, Inc. announced today its partnership with the Capital City Club of Columbia, SC in the „Is Your Leadership Style in Fashion?“. The three-part series program tackles leadership style, conflict management, strategic planning and creative approaches to management for female professionals.
It is especially difficult for women to find the perfect balance between being too soft and too harsh when in leadership roles. Betty Parker’s innovative forum will help women in power find that sweet spot in their management approach.
The Capital City Club requested that Betty Parker join the forum to train female professionals on a variety of leadership skills that will help female entrepreneurs and management professionals increase their effectiveness on the job. The program, dubbed „Is Your Leadership Style in Fashion?“ will take place at the Capital City Club on February 11, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. Tickets will be available onsite and cannot be purchased beforehand. Lunch will be provided as part of the $50 administration fee.
There are a limited number of seats available. Guests are encouraged to arrive early on the 11th to secure their places.
This is the first part of a three-part series on leadership skills and management styles. Subsequent sessions will be held second March 11 and April 8.
