The forced type concrete mixers of DASELLL is famous at home and abroad. Its operating rules are as follows:
1. To inspect the rotating parts and material barrel and ensure they do not have scrape touch phenomenon. If there is scraping touch, you should adjust them.
2. Inject oil into the reducer, then you can use it. Also, the discharge worm gear and sliding bearing need oil.
3. Cleaning material in the cylinder sundries, barrel limit device locked, and then start the machine, if you find the start running direction does not meet the requirements, you should cut off the power supply, switch the position of conductor of any two root line, and then restart.
4. Close the cylinder cover, adjust the timing of the time relay.
5.Press start button, then spindle drives the mixing shovel operation, stop automacically when it arrives the setting time.
6. Stop when unloading material, then release the handle, rotate the handwheel, driven by the worm gear barrel rotation to facilitate the discharge location, stop turning, and then start the machine spindle operation to discharge the material. When the operation is done, rotating the handwheel to reset the cylinder.
