Olaf Giesen switches to EUROPART
In the course of further strengthening German sales, Olaf Giesen (45), previously Managing Director of Hofmeister & Meincke, shall increase the German sales team of EUROPART in terms of positions of responsibility. In his newly created role, he reports directly to CEO Pierre Fleck. Giesen was Managing Director at PV Automotive and „Auto Teile Unger“ (A.T.U.) and brings, in addition to many years of industry experience, excellent management and leadership skills with him. „I am looking forward to the new challenge at EUROPART, because the commercial vehicle specialist has numerous market opportunities, which can be exploited“. Pierre Fleck is also very pleased with the new change of personnel: „With Olaf Giesen, we were able to gain a sales and industry professional for EUROPART, who will help us successfully implement our ambitious growth targets in Germany“
International key account management
As part of the sales departmental changes, the responsibility of Thomas Hensel (29) will expand as well: In addition to the responsibility for the national disposal business in Germany, he will also handle all international disposal customers in the future and report directly to CEO Pierre Fleck. In addition, he will actively support Pierre Fleck with the supervision of the international fleet customers. Thomas Hensel has developed his area of business very well in Germany and this will allow us to push on in the international arena now too“, noted Pierre Fleck in his first statement.
