Equipment needs repairs after period of use. You had better act in strict steps to detect, or it will go wrong.
First, detect gearbox oil surface to view the number of concentrated paint grease, if necessary, replace the grease.
Second, detect the wire rope, smear butter on a wire weekly, if the rope is badly worn, replace it timely.
Third, ensure water supply system of concrete batching plant clean, avoiding block.
Fourth, check the blades and the support arm to see it not loose. Individual motors and electrical components’ wiring must not be loose.
Sixth, distribution box of concrete batching plant must be clean; each limit switch should not have water.
