HR Software product development team at Carval doubles in 18 months
Buckinghamshire, UK, November 27, 2013 – Carval Computing, a specialist supplier of fully integrated Human Resources, Time and Attendance (T&A) and Payroll software, has promoted Jason Sweby to Technical Director. This will support the company’s continued business growth and the increasing demand from customers for creative solutions that incorporate the latest advancements in technology. In his new role, Jason, a graduate in computer science who has worked at Carval for over 15 years, heads up a dedicated team of software developers that has doubled in size in the last 18 months.
Since joining Carval, Jason has held a variety of software development roles progressing to Software Development Manager before becoming Technical Director. His most recent project has been successfully completing a complete overhaul of Carval’s HR Unity HR and Payroll software solutions, HR Unity v5.0, which is providing many new streamlined features for users. His current focus is introducing the latest mobile (iOS and Android) capabilities into the product portfolio, the only truly integrated HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Self-Service software available in the UK.
