Vipeak ball mill is widely applied for Calcium Carbonate Crushing. Vipeak ball mill is horizontal rotating devices transmitted by the outer gear. The ball mill has two warehouses. The materials are transported by feeder to the grinding chamber sand maker through the quill shaft spirally, then enter the first warehouse. In the warehouse, there is a ladder scale board or ripple scale board. Steel balls of different specifications are installed in the scale board. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and then fall to grind and strike the material. After being grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, the material then enters into the second warehouse for regrinding. The working principle of Vipeak raymond mill is as follows: Firstly, raw material is crushed to the size required, and then the crushed materials are elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder, evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between ring and roller to accomplish the grind.
After this, the ground stuff is carried by the air from the blower into the separator for screening. The fine powders are blow into the cyclone collector and are poured out through the output-powder valve as the final products and the rough stuff after the screening will be recycled back into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The sets airflow system is closely sealed up and circulated under condition of negative and positive pressure.
