After presenting its new CORYX iO product family at the start of the year, CORYX Software is now launching the December-Update of the successful solution CORYX iO Emerald in the form of the 3.1 release. The software developer based in Coburg is therefore offering a key component for efficient and secure digitalisation of Asset and Wealth Management systems.
Coburg, 13.12.2019. The December-Update of CORYX iO Emerald by CORYX Software consistently extends the existing solutions of the CORYX iO family to include other relevant functions and is available with immediate effect. Family offices in particular will benefit from the new features, whereby the primary focus is on illiquid investments such as property, holdings, insurance companies, exclusive collections and raw materials which often account for considerable shares of large and complex assets. CORYX iO Emerald now provides family office managers with key tools for strategy, management and conscientious control. Accordingly, the solution makes the opportunities and risks of liquid and illiquid assets consistently transparent and quantifiable using verifiable parameters.
CORYX iO Emerald makes it possible to record and update master data with immediate effect. The software also has a transaction portal, an import/export interface, and reports for comprehensive and audit-proof evaluation. Documents such as brochures, purchase agreements or receipts can be stored in master data and transactions. Furthermore, the types of transactions for each asset class are available in full, e.g. for holdings with underwriting, capital calls, direct purchases, capital repayments, outlays and sales. There is also a function for financing and the respective capital service for repayment and payment by instalments for each asset class.
“Other interesting new features of the release include improvements in expertise, process automation and usability. These include practical features in the reports and in the trading desk for improving handling of the complex software and enabling users to reach their goals faster”, explains Uwe Schenk, CEO at CORYX Software GmbH. From a technical perspective, some functional elements such as the database driver, middleware and the Mac and Windows client have also been fully revised and are now included in the latest version of the new CORYX iO Emerald release. Over the medium term, the software developer based in Coburg plans to increase its focus on mobile applications.
