As the brains (and the beauty) behind Fashion Squad, Engman has been a style muse whom we kind of considered ourselves in a long-distance relationship with. But now, Engman has made New York her home and we can think of no better form of initiation than landing a campaign with one of NY’s most venerable names in fashion, Nicole Miller. What exactly does Engman do in the Williamsburg of Nicole Miller’s fall ’13 campaign? She rocks an iced coffee as if it were an actual accessory (we have a sneaking suspicion it’s Grady’s), hangs out with dogs on the stoops of buildings, goes shopping for vinyl, and pulls off that everything-all-black look that’s become the hood’s tacit mantra. Mason-jar jokes aside, Miller and Engman’s dabbling in hipster-dom nearly have us packing our bags to live in whatever world that allows Engman to look so chic all the time.
