There are many lubricating point for concrete batching plant. It takes certain time to reach best lubricating effect by certain method. Here are some methods to lubricate a concrete batching plant.
Lubricating point 1: use calcium base grease 4 to lubricate turnabout drum bearings of belt conveyor for feeding. You’d better do shot lubrication each three months.
Lubricating point 2: use calcium base grease 4 to change oil of through supporting roller bearings of feeding belt conveyor when the concrete batching plant is overhauled.
Lubricating point 3: use calcium base grease 4 to change oil of plain supporting bearings of feeding belt conveyor when the concrete batching plant is under maintenance.
Lubricating point 4: lubricate electric drum of feeding belt conveyor as the operating instruction says.
Lubricating point 5: to butterfly valve of storage hopper, do shot lubrication every three months with calcium base grease.
Lubricating point 6: to turnabout drum bearings of weighing belt conveyor, do shot lubrication every three months with calcium base grease.
Lubricating point 7: use calcium base grease 4 to change oil of through supporting roller of weighing belt conveyor during maintenance.
Lubricating point 8: use calcium base grease 4 to change oil of plain supporting bearings of weighing belt conveyor during maintenance.
