1.Apppcation of the concrete Batching plant
Concrete batching plant is a integrated unit for focus mixing concrete, that is, , concrete mixer temporary mixing factory.Because of the highly automaticity, large firm production, theconcrete batching plant is widely used in the construction of the large and medium place which produce large quantity concrete and the concentrated working place.
2.Classification of the concrete batching plant
Concrete batching plant can be pided into two types according to technique, one is Single-step form, the other is Double-step form.
(1)single-step form: Grit, stone, cerement or other material can be pfted in storage bin hopper on the top of the mixing station at one time. Then weigh the batch automatically until all the ingredient mixed into concrete. The process is completed by material weight dropping, forming the vertical production system. This form has the character of high serial production, low power consumption, high mechanization and automation, compact arrangement and small area occupation etc. However, the equipment is complex, infrastructure investment is large. Therefore, single-step form is suitable for large and permanent mixing station.
(2)Double-step form, grit, stone, cerement and some other material are pfted at twice. First, pft the material to storage bin hopper, after weighed by compounder/scale man, then pfted the material and unloading into mixer. This form has the advantage of simple equipment, low investment, quickly set-up etc. However, it has relatively low mechanization and automation, more area covering and high power consumption. Therefore, this arrangement form is suitable for medium or small mixing station. Mixing station can be separated into fixed type and movable type due to device mode. The former is suitable for permanent mixer station while the latter fit for camp site.
