MPN gold and silver competencies bring out the skill set of companies and help them stand out in the competition apart from each other. The Microsoft competencies help customers to identify the skills and expertise of any company and evaluate how they are different from each other. MPN’s highest accreditation is the Gold competency, which has very stringent procedures of evaluating the technical competencies of a Software Development Company by conducting customer satisfaction survey. Additionally, four Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs) must clear the technical exam; two employees have to pass the sales & marketing assessment, and one person has to get through the licensing assessment. By acquiring the Gold competency any software company achieves the distinction status amongst top 1% of partners worldwide for successfully providing effective business solutions.

The Silver competency is less stringent compared to Gold. Here, two Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs) instead of four must clear the technical exam, while one employee each have to pass the sales & marketing assessment and licensing assessment respectively. In addition, in Silver competency, a company’s skills set is identified if it is distinguished amongst top 5% of Microsoft’s partners throughout the world. Thus, with all the available data, RCP generated the list of the 50 ‘Most Competent” Microsoft’s partners worldwide. Further, each partners had to maintain an engineering department having around 100 Microsoft Certified Professionals along with revenue of over $2 Million to achieve gold competency.

To be in the “biggest of the best” list as Microsoft’s most competent partner worldwide, every partner that made it to the top ‘50’ list had to possess some unique qualities that set them apart from others.
